Kigali Centre for Associative Leadership

This website is currently under construction.

Rwanda’s overall development goal is to become a middle-income nation, built on a knowledge-based economy.

The purpose of the centre is to help Rwandans to develop and enhance some of the key skills they need to help their country to achieve this goal by helping organisations in all sectors of Rwandan society to improve their overall effectiveness.

Drawing on the experience and intellectual property of Jonathan Wolf-Phillips, developed over the last 20 years (the last 12 of which as Director of New Leadership Ltd in the UK), the centre will help organisations to significantly and sustainably improve the productivity, accountability and well-being of individuals and teams throughout their organisation. It is envisaged that a Bursary Fund will be established, to enable the centre to be as inclusive as possible.
